MY ACCOUNT

It is very simple. On the website exdol.comClick on "My Account" and then on "Create my account". Enter your personal details and validate your registration.
Having an account has many advantages:
- Your personal details (delivery address, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) are saved. You will not have to enter them again when you place further orders.
- You can manage your orders.
- You can modify your personal data directly online or delete them by contacting our Customer Service.
Log in to your account by clicking on "My account". When you are logged in, click on "Personal information". Make any changes you wish to make and click on "Update".
These data are strictly confidential and are only used to respond as satisfactorily as possible to your requests (invoicing, shipping). This data may under no circumstances be shared or sold.
On the exdol.com website, click on "My Account" and then on the link "Forgotten your password". Enter the e-mail address used for your registration, to which we will send your password. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam box or contact our Customer Service.
You have two possibilities:
- Create an account if you do not have one. Having an account has many advantages: your personal details (delivery address, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) are registered. You will not have to enter them again when you place other orders. You can manage your orders.
- Place an order without creating an account.

MY ORDER

Choose the items you wish to buy by clicking on "Add to cart" or "Buy". You can then continue shopping or order directly. Once the products you wish to buy are in the cart, let yourself be guided by clicking on "BUY".
Some products may be out of stock. In this case, we will do our best to make these products available again as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can find them in a pharmacy that sells Exdol products, or send us an email in the "CONTACT US" section. You will receive a message when the product is available again.
Once your order and payment have been validated, we will send you a confirmation email. If your order has been registered, you can view your order details in "My Orders" section of your account. If you do not receive this e-mail, your order may not have been registered. To make sure of this, please contact us: by e-mail or by calling the following number: +34 93 497 05 96 (from 8 a.m to 4 p.m).
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch by e-mail. You can check the status of your package on the website www.gls.com
Before validating your payment, you can modify or cancel your order on the "Your cart" page at the order validation stage. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been completed. You may return all or part of your order once you have received it. See the section dedicated to our return policy.
On the shopping cart page, enter the code in the "Enter your discount code if you have one" box. You must click on "Apply code" to validate it. The discount will be applied directly to your cart. Please note that our offers are valid only once per person, while we have stock and cannot be combined with other offers.

PAYMENT

Exdol offers 3 payment methods:
- Bank card (Visa or MasterCard)
- Paypal
- Transfer
Other forms of payment (cheque, cash) are not accepted.
1. Select card type: Visa or Mastercard
2. In the "Name" field: enter your first and last name as it appears on your payment card.
3. In the "Credit Card Number" field: enter the 16-digit number on the front of the card, leaving no spaces.
4. In the "Cryptogram" field, enter the last 3 digits of the series printed on the back of the card. The cryptogram, consisting of these three digits, serves to secure payment card transactions and to provide additional protection against fraudulent use of payment cards.
5. Indicate the expiry date of the card by selecting the month and year from the drop-down list.
6. Once you have entered your bank details, click on "Pay for my order". By doing so, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PayPal is an online payment service that allows a business or user with an email address to make and receive payments online in a convenient, secure and inexpensive way. To pay for your order with PayPal, follow the steps below:
1. Select the PayPal payment method to be directed to your PayPal account.
2. Log in and validate your payment.
3. Once your payment has been validated, you will be automatically redirected to www.exdol.com to finalise your order.
Your bank details are encrypted (SSL mode) and cannot be known or kept by Exdol.

DELIVERIES

The package is prepared within 48 hours of the order.
We are sorry to inform you that you cannot choose the delivery times.
You will receive an e-mail announcing the delivery of your order 24 hours before it is due to be delivered. The package will be deposited in your mailbox if conditions permit. Otherwise, you may contact GLS to request another delivery date and time.
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, you cannot change the delivery address once the order has been completed. If the parcel has been sent to the wrong address, it will be returned to us. As soon as we receive the package, we will send it back to the new address you have indicated.

RETURNS

You must send us an email to [email protected]If you wish to return the product, you can do so by requesting the return of the product and we will take care of collecting the order from you.
It is essential that the products are in the same condition as they were delivered. Once we receive the product we will proceed to pay you the corresponding amount for the item you wish to return.
In this case of return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of both the initial delivery of the order (provided they have been charged), and the subsequent collection of the order to our facilities.
Reimbursement will be made within an average of 10 days from the date of receipt of your parcel.
You have 7 days to return your order once you have received it.
