(hereinafter, \"EXDOL\"), with CIF B60281565 and registered office at Pol\u00edgono Industrial Les Guixeres, C\/ Pl\u00e0stic, 21, 08915 Badalona (Barcelona), is organising the present promotional draw called \"Win one of 5 bibs for the Zurich Barcelona Marathon 2027\"<\/strong>, in accordance with these legal terms.<\/p>\n

2. Unlinking Instagram, Facebook and TikTok<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
\nThe participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to LABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L. and not to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. The information provided will be used for the management of this prize draw and, should the relevant consent have been given, for the sending of commercial communications.<\/p>\n

3. Object of the draw and how to enter<\/strong><\/h3>\n

EXDOL draws 5 prizes,<\/strong> each one comprising:<\/p>\n

  • 1 official shirt to participate in the Zurich Marathon Barcelona 2027.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • 1 Protect Cream Anti Friction 150 ml.<\/li>\n

    \nTo participate, you will need to:<\/p>\n

    • Like the giveaway post.<\/li>\n
    • Comment on the post mentioning 2 different people<\/strong> (Mentions must correspond to real profiles, not brands or advertising).<\/li>\n
    • Each comment with two different mentions will count as an additional stake<\/strong>, provided they do not systematically repeat the same accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Additional participation by purchase at www.exdol.com<\/strong><\/p>\n

      In addition to free entry on Instagram, users can gain an extra entry by making a purchase on www.exdol.com during the giveaway period.
      \nTo do this, they will need to:<\/p>\n

      • Tick the box to enter the prize draw before completing your purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Every valid order will entitle you to an additional stake<\/strong>, regardless of the number of products purchased.
        \nEntries obtained via Instagram will be eligible for the prize draw for 4 backplates<\/strong>, while shares obtained by purchase on www.exdol.com will be eligible for the prize draw 1 dorsal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        4. Duration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        The draw will be valid from 00:00 on 16 July 2026 until 23:59 on 17 January 2027 (Spanish mainland time).
        \nEntries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

        5. Territorial scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Individuals aged 18 or over, residing in Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands), will be eligible to participate.
        \nResidents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        6. Participation Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Can participate:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Individuals aged 18 or over.<\/li>\n
        • Residents in Spain (Peninsula and Balearics).<\/li>\n
        • That they correctly comply with the mechanics described in these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          They will not be able to participate<\/p>\n

          • Employees of LABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L.<\/li>\n
          • Her immediate family.<\/li>\n
          • False, fraudulent or automated profiles.<\/li>\n
          • Entries obtained through automatic systems or any practice that alters the correct functioning of the draw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            7. Selection of the winners<\/strong><\/h3>\n

            The winners will be chosen via a random selection platform from all valid entries.
            \nA total of 5 winners<\/strong>, distributed as follows:<\/p>\n

            • 4 winners from all valid entries made via Instagram.<\/li>\n
            • 1 winner from all additional entries obtained through purchases made at www.exdol.com, provided the participant has ticked the entry box before completing the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Likewise, corresponding substitutes will be selected for each category.
              \nA single person cannot win more than one prize.<\/strong> In the event that a participant is selected in both the Instagram draw and the website draw, they will only keep the first prize awarded, and the second will be allocated to the corresponding substitute.
              \nThe winners will be announced on the official profile of @_exdol_ and will be contacted via private message, or in the case of the web winner, via the contact details provided during purchase.
              \nIf any of the winners do not respond within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the first contact, renounce the prize, or fail to meet the requirements established in these terms and conditions, they will automatically forfeit their right to it, passing to the corresponding substitute.<\/p>\n

              8. Award ceremony<\/strong><\/h3>\n

              Each of the 5 winners will receive:<\/p>\n

              • 1 official bib to participate in the Zurich Barcelona Marathon 2027.<\/li>\n
              • An EXDOL Pack comprising:\n

                • Confort Cream Physio 150 ml.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                   <\/p>\n

                  The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or another product.
                  \nLABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L. will cover the cost of sending the EXDOL Pack.
                  \nIn the event that the organisation of the Zurich Barcelona Marathon establishes specific requirements for the use of the bib number, these must be accepted by the winner.
                  \nThe expenses arising from travel, accommodation, subsistence, or any other costs associated with participation in the race will be borne by the winner.<\/p>\n

                  9. Communication of winners<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                  Winners authorise EXDOL to publish their name or username on Instagram, the corporate website and other proprietary channels exclusively for the purpose of communicating the result of the draw.
                  \nEXDOL may also voluntarily request a photograph of the winner with the prize for publication on its communication channels.<\/p>\n

                  10. Reservations and limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                  EXDOL may exclude any participation when it detects:<\/p>\n

                  • Using fake or fraudulent profiles.<\/li>\n
                  • Comments considered spam.<\/li>\n
                  • Share automation.<\/li>\n
                  • Manipulation of the lottery draw.<\/li>\n
                  • Any other action that alters the normal progress of the promotion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    LABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L. reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the draw when circumstances beyond its control or situations that prevent its proper development occur.
                    \nLikewise, they will not be responsible for technical incidents, internet failures, Instagram-specific issues, or any other circumstance beyond the organisation's control which may prevent correct participation.<\/p>\n
