(hereinafter, "EXDOL"), with CIF B60281565 and registered office at Polígono Industrial Les Guixeres, C/ Plàstic, 21, 08915 Badalona (Barcelona), is organising the present promotional draw called "Win one of 5 bibs for the Zurich Barcelona Marathon 2027", in accordance with these legal terms.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
The participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to LABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L. and not to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. The information provided will be used for the management of this prize draw and, should the relevant consent have been given, for the sending of commercial communications.

Entries obtained via Instagram will be eligible for the prize draw for 4 backplates, while shares obtained by purchase on www.exdol.com will be eligible for the prize draw 1 dorsal.
The draw will be valid from 00:00 on 16 July 2026 until 23:59 on 17 January 2027 (Spanish mainland time).
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
Individuals aged 18 or over, residing in Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands), will be eligible to participate.
Residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded.

The winners will be chosen via a random selection platform from all valid entries.

Likewise, corresponding substitutes will be selected for each category.
A single person cannot win more than one prize. In the event that a participant is selected in both the Instagram draw and the website draw, they will only keep the first prize awarded, and the second will be allocated to the corresponding substitute.
The winners will be announced on the official profile of @_exdol_ and will be contacted via private message, or in the case of the web winner, via the contact details provided during purchase.
If any of the winners do not respond within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the first contact, renounce the prize, or fail to meet the requirements established in these terms and conditions, they will automatically forfeit their right to it, passing to the corresponding substitute.

LABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L. will cover the cost of sending the EXDOL Pack.
In the event that the organisation of the Zurich Barcelona Marathon establishes specific requirements for the use of the bib number, these must be accepted by the winner.
The expenses arising from travel, accommodation, subsistence, or any other costs associated with participation in the race will be borne by the winner.
Winners authorise EXDOL to publish their name or username on Instagram, the corporate website and other proprietary channels exclusively for the purpose of communicating the result of the draw.
EXDOL may also voluntarily request a photograph of the winner with the prize for publication on its communication channels.
EXDOL may exclude any participation when it detects:
