1. Exdol of the VCS FARMA group
The company VCS Farma with registered office at Polígono Ind. Les Guixeres, C/Plàstic 21 (08915- Badalona) with CIF B60281565 is organising a DRAW called Marató Barcelona 2026 Exdol.
2.- Disassociation from Instagram and Facebook
Instagram/Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from Instagram/Facebook and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to VCS Farma and not to Instagram/Facebook. The
information you provide will be used to communicate the prize and future commercial actions to you.
3.- Object and mechanics of the competition.
Take part in the Marató Barcelona 2026 Exdol Sweepstakes. The draw will have 5 winners. The requirements to participate are; fill in the form with Name, Surname and Email, and check the box of acceptance of the legal bases.

To be eligible for the prize, participants must:
- You must have filled in the form on the Exdol website, ticked the box accepting the rules, clicked the ‘Participate’ button and received the confirmation email.
The draw will take place on 21 January 2026 and the prize will be awarded randomly among all participants who have entered the competition.
Participation in the prize draw implies the winner's express authorisation for his/her name to be published on Exdol's social network (@_exdol_) and website. The winner will be asked to send a picture of him/her with the prize, once it has been delivered.
Inappropriate, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deleted.
4.- Duration and Scope
The activity will be carried out in the geographical area of Spain, Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The starting date of the competition will be 23 December 2025 until 21 January 2026.
5.-Participation requirements
Eligible to participate in the draw:
All natural persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain, Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and send the form with all the required information correctly.
The following are not eligible to participate: Fraudulent profiles.
6.- Selection of the winner, alternate winner, communication and delivery
The choice of the winner will not be made under any jury and 5 winners will be chosen.
If the winner is not contacted within 5 days of the first contact attempt, or declines the prize, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit his/her right to claim the prize.
Likewise, the name of the winner will be communicated by email and with the possibility of being announced in other communication elements of the ecommerce (VCS Farma) and social networks of Exdol (@_exdol_) and the person will be contacted, by the same email, once the promotion is over.
VCS Farma will send the gift directly to the winner, thanks to the data provided by the winner.
The bib bibs will be sent to the winners via the e-mail address provided in the participation form. A personal and non-transferable code, corresponding to a bib number, will be sent to the winners.
In order to claim the prize, the winner must complete his/her registration via the link provided, entering the code received, before 31 January 2026.
The gift will be sent by courier to the address indicated by the winner, with the cost of delivery to be paid by the company VCS Farma.
7.- Prize
The Exdol Marató Barcelona 2026 Sweepstakes includes the products specified in section 3.
Reservations and limitations
It shall be understood, by way of example, but not limited to, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the misuse of server queries and all those behaviours that may be apparently abusive and/or malicious.
The discovery of any of these circumstances during the competition will result in automatic disqualification from the competition, as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.
VCS Farma is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.
Likewise, it is not responsible for any possible loss, damage, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the post office that may affect the delivery of the prizes.
VCS Farma reserves the right to take legal action against any person who carries out any act that could be considered as manipulation or falsification of the competition.
The company VCS Farma excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the functioning of the services through which participation in the promotion takes place, to the defrauding of the usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses via the Internet.
VCS Farma reserves the right to make changes to ensure the success of the competition in the event of just cause or force majeure preventing it from being carried out in the manner set out in these terms and conditions.
VCS Farma reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the competition, as well as the right to interpret these terms and conditions.
Likewise, the organising company will be exempt from all liability in the event of any of the aforementioned cases, as well as from any liability for damages that may be caused during the enjoyment of the prize.
9.- Data protection
LABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L. is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the Data Subject and informs you that data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for which reason you are provided with the following processing information:
Purpose of processing: Management of the data of the participants in this prize draw.
Basis of legitimacy of the processing: consent of the data subject through acceptance of the following bases.
Data retention criteria: data shall be retained for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing and, when no longer necessary for that purpose, shall be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymisation of the data or total destruction of the data.
Communication of data: data will not be communicated to third parties, except for legal obligations or those providers linked to the Data Controller who act as Data Processors.
Rights of the Interested Party:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and the right to limit or oppose its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority www.aepd.es if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

10. - The organising body reserves the right to change the dates of the draw for organisational reasons, provided that no prejudice is caused to the participants and that due notice is given.
11.- Acceptance of the rules.
The simple participation in the competition implies the acceptance of these Rules, so that the manifestation in the sense of not accepting all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of this, the company VCS Farma will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with the said participant.
